On March 7, 2025, SME100Africa proudly hosted a groundbreaking pitch contest at Eko Hotels & Suites, celebrating women who pitch, lead, and inspire. In honor of International Women’s Day, ten early-stage female entrepreneurs took center stage, showcasing their innovative businesses to investors and industry leaders.

These exceptional women were selected as part of SME100Africa’s incubator program, where they received hands-on coaching, training, and mentorship. The program aimed to equip them with the tools and confidence needed to build sustainable, high-impact ventures.

The pitch event was a resounding success, resulting in over $70,000 in funding commitments, strategic partnerships, and market access opportunities for the founders. This milestone reinforces SME100Africa’s dedication to empowering women entrepreneurs and fostering economic growth through investment and mentorship.
